TCL Project Funding -> Project FundRequest Payment
There are several reasons why you may want to update payment on Geniee after funds have been disbursed and this can only be done by the local finance.
- you may want to update payments so that the PMs will be able to request for another fund on that same project
. - For reconciliation and many more.
Follow the steps below to update payments on Geniee
- On the Navigation Menu mouseover on TCL Project Funding, from the submenus click on Project FundRequest Payment.
- By default, you should see the list of Fund Requests in your country alone.
- Click on the pencil icon to update Payment.
- Click on Fund Details tab and scroll to the bottom of the page to the field named Payment Status. Choose Paid from the list of available options
- Type in the exact amount that was paid in the Amount Paid field, fill in the payment remarks field and hit the Save button.
