KAM sale Master,
Project Delivery Tab has been taken out of Geniee (Field for Instalmental)
This is a module where the Key Accounting Manager(KAM) create sales and tie it to a Project manager(PM), however, this sale can only be activated by the PM which the sales was tied to during creation of sales.
See below steps to follow when creating sales on Geniee
- Click on KAM Sales Master on the Menu list.
- On getting to the landing page, click the icon.
Note: Any field marked with red asterisks indicate that the field must not be left blank
Country: Select from the dropdown your country
Client: Choose from the list of Clients
PM ID: Select a PM for the sale
Proj Mgr: This field and the PM Email field should be populated based on the PM ID selected.
Proj Mgr: Select the appropriate global id, if the field doesn't have any option listed, kindly contact the IT department
Project Name: Type in this field a name you can remember easily
Service Type: Choose a service type
Project Type: Select from the list of options available
Project Category: Select the category under which the project falls, thereafter choose the right option for the Project SoW ID, Project Sow, and type in the correct Site ID provided by the client.
State/City/Region: Select region where this project is going to be carried out
ITC Date: Date to commence work (Date should be a date in the present or future but a date in the past)
ITC Upload : Upload document in, pdf,doc, xls, png, img format only
For the PO Number, PO Date, Shipment No, and the PO Upload. You may leave these fields blank if you do not have any information to fill them up, but once you fill any of these fields then you will be prompted to fill everything.
Project Delivery Tab has been taken out on Geniee
If subsequent fields are not populating, kindly review the Client field, Service Type, Project Category and Project SoW ID.
Upon review, if subsequent fields are not populating ensure this "Client field, Service Type, Project Category and Project SoW ID" selected are available in your country, better still check internet connection or contact IT supports for further resolution
